Pilot access
Fygment is currently offered as a controlled pilot for invited users and workspaces. Access may be limited, changed, or paused while the product is being validated.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the skills, prompts, scripts, packages, and external sources that you import or create. Do not upload secrets, credentials, regulated data, or content you do not have rights to use.
Skill execution
Fygment helps package, review, resolve, and install skills. Any local runtime execution remains under your control in your own harness or CLI environment.
Availability and changes
The pilot is provided as-is while the product matures. We may update features, policies, package validation rules, and access controls as we learn from pilot use.
Legal review boundary
These pilot terms are operational product copy for invited users. They are not a final public terms of service and should be reviewed by counsel before broad public or self-serve launch.
Support and safety
Report security concerns, account access issues, unsafe package behavior, or data deletion requests through the Support page. We prioritize issues that affect access, privacy, security, or production pilot workflows.
